This coffee is a super special, limited edition, kiwi explosion! It’s a honey processed coffee infused with kiwi during fermentation, resulting in a juicy, tropical coffee bursting with sweetness.
This coffee is produced by uan Pablo Velez and his farm Finca La Luisa in the Antioquia region of Colombia. Sitting at an impressive elevation of 1,720masl, La Luisa and is a large 70 hectare estate located near the village of San Bernardo de los Farrallones, Ciudad Bolivar.
This coffee is super special! It has undergone a 72 hour anaerobic fermentation before being infused with kiwi pulp which packs the coffee full of juicy, kiwi flavour. Then, the coffee cherries are de-pulped then left to dry on raised bed – something more common in Africa then it is Colombia..
This is one for filter and pourover methods. You can brew espresso with it, and it’ll reward careful dialling in, but we’d stick to juicy mugs of filter, V60 or Chemex.
