This lot was processed in the wet mill that is part of the farm. Carlos mentions that it may be a small mill, but it does fulfi ll all requirements for quality processing and selection. All the coffee is sun-dried on patios. The result its a sweet and sharp coffee, with notes of lemon drops, digestive biscuits and caramel.
