This coffee’s story begins with Reina Sierra, a lifelong coffee grower whose dedication inspired her husband Marvin to join the journey. Guided by her passion and the region’s deep-rooted coffee traditions, he committed to cultivating and processing coffee to the highest standards, placing quality and sustainability at the heart of every harvest. Their farms are carefully maintained, and every cherry is pulped on the day it’s picked, fermented for 16-20 hours, then meticulously washed in flowing channels to preserve clarity, balance, and the nuanced flavours in every cup.

From the hills of El Paraíso, Honduras, this coffee is brimming with personality. This washed lot unfolds in layers, sweet notes of cinder toffee, bright flashes of blackberry, and a lively twist of blood orange. Smooth, balanced, and full of depth, it’s the kind of cup that makes you stop, sip, and savour.

More than a coffee, this is a tribute to culture, craftsmanship, and sustainability. Limited release, because good things don’t last forever. Sip it black, savour it slowly, or mix it into milk for a punchy, fruity, sweet treat. Every cup tells a story, and this one’s got layers worth discovering.
