An excellent example of Ethiopia single origin coffee at its finest, this wonder comes from Worka Wuri, a group of 650 smallholders who live near the town of Gedeb, in the renowned region of Yirgacheffe. High altitudes, fertile soils, consistent rains, good harvesting practices and expert processing at the local wet mill come together to produce coffee that is as distinctive as it is delicious. If you want a cup that’s bright without being sharp, fragrant without being fussy, and versatile across every brew, every… you, then this is the one.
