This Whisky Partnership is with the family-run Glynhynod Farm (meaning Remarkable Valley), Dà Mhìle is a trailblazer in the spirits world, having commissioned the first organic whisky of the modern era in 1992. Today, they are renowned for crafting artisan, organic spirits rooted in Welsh heritage.
We are proud to collaborate with their distiller, Ioan, who provided the seasoned 8-year-old barrel for this project, in which we have placed our favourite Posses Community Brazilian coffee beans.
