The Iyenga Co-operative in Tanzania is home to 229 farmers working in rhythm with the land. Since 2003, they’ve nurtured a lush, biodiverse ecosystem where coffee trees flourish under a protective canopy of banana plants and groundnuts. Here, every element is essential to the final flavour.
