You know that annoying morning where you go to open the cupboard, and behold, there’s no coffee left? What do you do? Find a dusty packet of pre-ground stuff you bought from a supermarket months ago and completely forgot about? Alternatively, and worse still, a bag of something resembling coffee that a distant relative brought back from a holiday that you’d mumbled some kind of thanks about, but never really wanted to drink? Thankfully, both of those scenarios can be safely consigned to the past, as our new subscription service is now available here.
Simply choose from weekly or fortnightly deliveries, and then specify how long you’d like the subscription to run for, as well as whether you’d like whole bean or ground for any particular brewing device, and we’ll do the rest.
We’ll then send out coffee every Thursday for the weekly service (or every other Thursday, on the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month for the fortnightly service), via Royal Mail 24, so you can expect delivery on the Friday, ready for the weekend. The coffee will have been roasted on the Monday, so it will be rested and ready to drink.
The coffees we send will be a selection from our range of blends and single origins, and also one-off specials, sneak peeks of coffees that we will be launching in the near future, or anything else that we think is worth sharing. We’ll take you on a tour of different growing regions, varietals, processes, and introduce you to some of the places and the people that we work with tocoffee.

Is shipping included? Yes, via Royal Mail 24 – please make sure you enter the correct shipping address as we will send every shipment to the address you supply.
The shipping option says Royal Mail 48? I thought you said it would come via Royal Mail 24? You’ve found a slight bug in our web shop shipping – all subscriptions will come via Royal Mail 24, regardless of what the shipping rate says… we’re working on how to get around it and will get it fixed as soon as possible. Just complete as normal
Can I change the delivery date? We’re afraid not as a matter of course – though in exceptional circumstances we may be able to help – please drop us an email at the email address above and we’ll do what we can to help.
Can I get the same coffee every time? The aim of the subscription is to introduce a variety of growing regions, varietals, processes and flavours, but if you have a firm favourite then please let us know, quoting your order number, and if it’s possible, we will send the same coffee every time. Please note that we cannot guarantee that this is possible, due to limited stocks, and certain coffees that are for the subscription service only, though we’ll do what we can to help.
What if I don’t like the coffee – can I swap it? We’re afraid we can’t swap out any coffees on the subscription service, but please rest assured that our aim to to supply coffees that everybody will love, regardless of individual preferences.
