AeroPress
Like all great inventions, deceptively simple, yet marvellously pleasurable to use. Loads of people have tried to improve upon it, and no-one can. Perfectly portable, lightweight, almost indestructible, and there’s a mind-boggling number of ways to brew using it. You’ll be pressing like a pro in no time at all.

Invented by Alan Adler, of Aerobie frisbee fame, in 2005, it’s now almost ubiquitous with specialty coffee culture. The World Aeropress Championships are held every year, and thousands of brew recipes exist using this amazingly versatile little brewer.
