The Reserve series is going to be a selection of limited-availability coffees, each with a different story. They might only be around for a few weeks. They may exist in tiny quantities, or they may be experimental processes, or even competition coffees. We want to share some of the amazing stories and the amazing lots that the world of specialty coffee can showcase. Hence we figured that such stellar coffees required their own little series to do so.
There is no particular set criteria for inclusion into this series, just that the coffee taste spectacular, that a great story exists about them, and that we feel they are worthy of a little extra fanfare. The price of these lots may sometimes be more than our normal prices – we hope you’ll understand that this is because the increased quality results in increased prices right back up the chain to the people who grew the coffee.
