Central American Coffee Beans
Sweet, fruity and chocolatey, Central American coffee is well-rounded and familiar, with enough variety in terms of flavours, processes and aromas to mean there’s always something new to discover.
We source coffee from a few different countries, from Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, El Salvador, and others too. One of our favourite Central American coffees is a real family affair that involves more than 40 family members gathering at the Finca Villaure farm to harvest the cherries, and process the coffees. Oozing with rich, luxurious flavours, Guatemalan coffee is great at any time of the day, using any brewing method.
El Salvador’s coffee production is smaller but just as mighty. Their coffee beans can be simple, sweet and fruity with notes of chocolate and are great for espresso in particular, like the coffee from Fernando Lima at Finca Serbia. The Nicaraguan coffee we roast is a beautiful honey-process from the Peralta family, with tons of sweet juicy fruit flavours.
Ground exactly how you like, you can be sure your coffee bean orders are just right for whatever brew method you have. Don’t have the right equipment for the perfect brew?
